Do You Know Jesus?

My friend, we are pleased that you have decided to visit our website. Before you leave, we would like to give you the opportunity to know where you will spend eternity.

According to the Holy Bible, we all must face the judgment of God when we die. He allows you to make the choice between Heaven and Hell. I trust that after reading this brief note, you will commit your life to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

You may ask the question, “Why do I need to do this?” When God created Adam and Eve, He created them as perfect beings. They chose to disobey God. We have all sinned and we deserve death and eternity in Hell. But God is both merciful and just. He made a way for us to escape Hell and eternal separation from Him. Just as Adam and Eve had the ability to make a choice, we also have the choice to accept or reject Christ.

You must first admit and confess to Jesus that you are a sinner. Salvation requires leaving your old sinful life behind and accepting the new life in Christ.

  1. Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God.”
  2. Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Acts 17:30 “God…commands all men everywhere to repent.”
II Corinthians 7:10 “For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.”
  3. Because of our sin, we deserve to spend eternity in Hell; but, God gave us one way to escape hell and spend eternity with Him.
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
This gift is for anyone who accepts Jesus as their Savior.
Romans 10:13 “For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
  4. About 2,000 years ago, Jesus Christ was here on earth to die on the cross and shed his blood to pay for our sins.
Romans 5:8 “…God commends His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
  5. The Bible tells us that we must confess Christ as our personal Savior.
Romans 10:9 “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”    Scriptures are from the New King James Version

If you would like to accept this FREE gift of salvation, here is a simple prayer that you can pray:

"Dear Jesus, I am a sinner in need of Your forgiveness. I turn away from of my sin and wish to live a new life with You in me. I believe with all of my heart that You died on the cross and shed Your blood for MY sins. Come into my heart and save me. I desire to have You turn my life around and I place it in Your hands. I accept and invite Jesus to be my Lord and personal Savior. In Jesus name, Amen!"
